WHAT MAKES A GOOD SUBMISSION

01 BASIC INFORMATION

Your Name / Couple’s names/ Business Name/ Date and Location of the Event

02 IMAGES

We love color photos as they look best on our blog. Detail shots are very important in considering the wedding for publication, though details should be in healthy balance with the wedding story – the getting ready, the people, the moments. 80-150 images that you feel best highlight the wedding. Clean, well edited and non-watermark photos are appreciated.

03 VIDEO

If you have access to the video, it will always make the wedding much stronger online. We like videos that are under 3 minutes, ideally in the 2-minute time frame.

04 WEDDING DETAILS

We love showcasing weddings of couples of all types with fashion and personality that really shine through in the photos and videos. We love unique and fabulous wedding details, especially when they include a new twist on an old idea that other couples can use as inspiration for their own day.

05 THE VENDORS

Please list all applicable vendors along with their social handles.

06 CONTACT INFORMATION

Share your contact number and Email Id. We will contact you if we are interested in learning more or featuring the event.

Exclusivity

Please note that we require exclusivity and therefore ask that you do not submit a wedding that has already been published in other magazines or blogs. Once your feature has been accepted for publication on Bridal Episode, we ask for a 60-day window of exclusivity from your publication date before you submit it to another blog or magazine.

Submissions from vendors

If you are a photographer or vendor, please check with the couple before submitting photos to ensure that they are interested in being featured.

If you’re a member of our vendor community, feel free to submit your client’s wedding or a styled shoot. When you’re featured on the blog, your vendor listing will be crosslinked!
